Purpose of this policy<\/h2>\n\n\n

Shandong Huacheng High-Tech Material Technology Co., Ltd. supplies industrial materials for professional and commercial use. This Refund Policy explains the process for raising a concern about goods supplied by us, requesting a return authorization, or discussing a replacement, credit or refund. It should be read together with the quotation, order confirmation, technical specification, sales contract and any agreed delivery terms for the relevant order.<\/p>\n\n\n

Because our products may be supplied in different grades, packages, quantities and made-to-order configurations, no single return period or remedy applies to every transaction. The written documents agreed for the order govern where they differ from this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n

Contact us before returning goods<\/h2>\n\n\n

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe that goods are damaged, short, incorrectly supplied or do not conform to the agreed specification. Do not send products back without our prior written authorization. An unapproved return can make it difficult to identify the material, evaluate its condition or determine responsibility for transport and handling.<\/p>\n\n\n

When you contact us, please include the order number, product name, grade, batch or lot number where available, delivered quantity, delivery date, photographs of the packaging and product where relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Review of return requests<\/h2>\n\n\n

We review each request in light of the agreed commercial and technical documents. Our review may consider the condition of the goods at delivery, whether any shortage or visible damage was reported promptly, packaging integrity, product traceability, storage conditions, handling after delivery and the reported nature of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n

Where appropriate, we may arrange a discussion with the customer, request photographs or retained samples, inspect the goods, review production or dispatch records, or ask an independent carrier or other relevant party for information. This review helps us determine whether a return, replacement, repair, credit or refund is appropriate under the applicable agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n

Return authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n

If we agree that goods should be returned, we will provide written instructions. These may include a return reference, authorized quantity, collection or delivery address, packaging requirements, labeling instructions, the required supporting documents and the agreed transport method. Only the goods and quantities identified in the authorization should be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n

Returned goods must remain clearly identifiable and, unless we instruct otherwise, should be kept in their original or suitably protective packaging. Products that may not be eligible<\/h2>\n\n\n

Eligibility for a return, credit or refund depends on the facts of the order and the applicable contract. In particular, products may not be eligible where they are specially manufactured, custom formulated, altered after delivery, opened or partly used, mixed into another product, stored outside agreed conditions, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n

A difference in appearance or performance that results from an unsuitable substrate, application method, storage environment, handling practice or use outside the agreed specification is not automatically a product defect. For a reported quality concern, product traceability is important. Please preserve the relevant packaging, labels, remaining material and supporting documents where possible. Do not dispose of the relevant material before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the request, unless retention would create a safety risk or we instruct otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n

Technical information, suggested processing conditions and sample evaluations are provided to support professional use. Customers remain responsible for validating material suitability in their own application, confirming compatibility with their process and following agreed safety, handling and storage guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n

Available remedies<\/h2>\n\n\n

If a claim is accepted, the available remedy will be determined by the applicable contract, the nature of the issue and the condition of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include replacement material, a repair or corrective action, a commercial credit, a partial refund, a refund of an approved amount, or another solution agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will confirm any approved remedy and the next steps in writing. A return authorization or an investigation does not by itself mean that a refund or other claim has been accepted. We do not make deductions or issue refunds until the review has been completed and the applicable remedy has been agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Refund timing and method<\/h2>\n\n\n

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through an agreed business method after the required review, return and documentation steps have been completed. The timing may depend on the payment method, bank processing times, currency arrangements, contract terms, the receipt of returned goods and any necessary credit documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, refunds are made to the organization or account that made the relevant payment. Where the return is requested for another reason, the customer may be responsible for those costs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Order changes and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Whether a change or cancellation can be accepted depends on production status, product type, procurement commitments, packaging, dispatch arrangements and the agreed contract. Specially produced or already dispatched materials may be subject to charges or may not be cancellable.<\/p>\n\n\n
