Purpose of this policy<\/h2>\n\n\n

Shandong Huacheng High-Tech Material Technology Co., Ltd. supplies materials to customers in China and international markets. This Shipping Policy describes the general approach we use to arrange dispatch and delivery. The quotation, order confirmation, sales contract and agreed Incoterms for a particular order remain the controlling documents for that order.<\/p>\n\n\n

Delivery arrangements depend on the material, packaging format, order quantity, destination, transport method, regulatory requirements and commercial terms. We will confirm the relevant arrangements with the customer for each order rather than applying a single shipping method or delivery period to all products.<\/p>\n\n\n

Before dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n

Before goods are dispatched, we may need to confirm product availability, production completion, packaging requirements, delivery address, contact person, carrier instructions, export documentation and any agreed payment or release conditions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact details in time for us to make the agreed arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n

If an address, delivery date, product quantity or other shipping instruction changes after an order has been confirmed, please tell us promptly. We will assess whether the change can be accommodated. Changes may affect production, packaging, freight costs, delivery timing or the availability of the selected carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n

Packaging and documentation<\/h2>\n\n\n

Products are packaged according to the product characteristics, transport method, customer requirements and any agreed specification. Packaging may include appropriate product identification, batch or lot information, handling labels and accompanying commercial or technical documents where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n

For export orders, the required documents may include commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, transport documents or other records agreed for the destination. The precise document set depends on the product, destination, applicable law and the contract. Customers should notify us in advance of any destination-specific documentation requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n

Shipping methods and carriers<\/h2>\n\n\n

Depending on the order, goods may travel by road, air, sea, rail, courier or a combination of methods. We may use a carrier nominated by the customer, a carrier selected by us, or another logistics arrangement agreed in writing. Carrier capacity, route availability, container or vehicle availability and local operating conditions can affect the chosen method and schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n

Where we provide carrier details, tracking information or an estimated dispatch date, this information is supplied to assist delivery coordination. It is not a guarantee of arrival at a particular time unless that commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n

Delivery estimates<\/h2>\n\n\n

Any production, dispatch, transit or delivery date is an estimate unless the relevant contract expressly states otherwise. Estimated timing can change because of manufacturing schedules, raw-material availability, carrier capacity, port congestion, customs activity, weather, public holidays, inspections, route changes or other events outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n

We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that come to our attention. A delay does not automatically create a right to cancel an order, reject goods or claim a refund. The rights and remedies for delay are determined by the agreement applicable to the order and relevant law.<\/p>\n\n\n

Freight and logistics charges<\/h2>\n\n\n

Freight, insurance, export packing, handling, customs documentation, storage, demurrage, detention and other logistics charges are determined by the quotation, order confirmation or sales contract. Charges can vary with weight, volume, hazardous or special handling requirements, delivery location, selected route, carrier rate changes and destination requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, additional costs caused by inaccurate delivery instructions, failed delivery attempts, customer-requested changes, delayed collection, storage beyond the agreed period or destination requirements may be charged to the customer in accordance with the applicable agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n

International shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n

For international deliveries, the agreed Incoterms define the allocation of responsibilities for transport, export clearance, import clearance, duties, taxes, insurance and risk. Customers are responsible for understanding and meeting the import requirements that apply at the destination, including any licenses, registrations, local approvals or information needed by the consignee or importer of record.<\/p>\n\n\n

Customs authorities, ports, carriers and other third parties may request additional information or conduct inspections. These processes can affect delivery timing. We will provide reasonable cooperation with documentation that is within our control, but cannot guarantee the outcome or duration of external regulatory or customs processes.<\/p>\n\n\n

Transfer of risk and title<\/h2>\n\n\n

The point at which risk of loss or damage, and where applicable title to the goods, transfers is determined by the written sales contract and the Incoterms agreed for the order. If you are unsure which terms apply, please review your order confirmation or contact us before arranging onward transport, storage or use of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n

Receiving goods<\/h2>\n\n\n

Please inspect the outer packaging, quantity and apparent condition of the goods promptly upon delivery. If there is visible damage, shortage, seal breakage or another delivery concern, note it on the carrier record where possible and take clear photographs before unpacking or using the product. Retain the relevant packaging, labels and delivery documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n

Notify us promptly with the order number, delivery date, carrier information, photographs and a description of the issue. Prompt notice helps us investigate with the carrier or other relevant parties. Please do not dispose of potentially affected goods or packaging until we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the matter, unless retention would create a safety risk.<\/p>\n\n\n

Loss damage and delivery discrepancies<\/h2>\n\n\n

If a shipment is lost, damaged or delivered with a discrepancy, we will review the information available and coordinate with the customer, carrier, insurer or other relevant party as appropriate. The available remedy and allocation of cost depend on the agreed delivery terms, the circumstances of the event, the condition of the goods and the applicable contract.<\/p>\n\n\n

A report of an issue does not by itself establish responsibility or entitlement to a replacement, credit or refund. Where a product return, replacement or financial adjustment may be appropriate, we will confirm the process and required evidence in writing. Storage and handling after delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n

After delivery, customers are responsible for storing, handling and using products in accordance with the applicable technical documentation, safety information, order requirements and local regulations. Product condition can be affected by moisture, contamination, temperature, packaging damage, unsuitable storage time or inappropriate handling.
